Jared Heel pulls Feroce in close in a nude scissors, wrapping his thick quads tight around his throat and forcing Feroce to tap out over and over. He goes rough right from the start, and Feroce needs to tap pretty quickly and adjust to the pressure.

About half of the 14 minutes is scissors/KO's and the other half was a fun surprise when Jared decided it was his turn for some JO fun for the camera.

UPDATE ON FEROCE:

Since January of this year, I've been working out 6-7 days/week. I've noticed huge changes in my body with the loss of 50 pounds.

This was my last week of exercise:

Sunday - 2hrs of tai chi, hot yoga, pilates
Monday - 2hrs of Kayaking
Tuesday - 1hr hot pilates & climbed (hands-free) on stair climber 110 stories in 20 minutes (personal record)
Wednesday - 1hr of hot yoga, 30 min of weights
Thursday - 1 hr of tai chi, hot yoga, pilates & biked 40km
Friday - 2hrs of tai chi, hot yoga, pilates, 1hr hike
Saturday - REST DAY! But I still move around. :)

My journey was not only weight loss, but to improve my functional mobility, flexibility/balance, cardiovascular health, and core strength. So I can be both Feroce and a musician. :)
